After that, you can enter it in through the Shopping Cart. Do I have to order through the web site?-- No, you can call us almost anytime and order through our toll-free number.(800) 938-1911. What if I want to return my purchase?-- No problem. We believe in the "Sam Walton guarantee" - Satisfaction guaranteed, no questions asked. Unless it is a question of quality or a wrong order, there may be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable in such cases. If it is a problem with the merchandise or a mistake in the order, however, there is no surcharge and shipping is refunded. Do you offer volume discounts?Quantity discounts are offered automatically. Obviously, we have cut our prices down pretty close to the bone, but there's always room to wheel 'n deal for large quantities. Call us and we'll work out a deal with you. How fast can I get my order?We ship immediately. If you need expedited shipping, we can send it any way you want. That option available on the Shopping Cart when you place your order. If it is a special shipping option that you need, call us to arrange the shipping method you want. Whenever you need to make sure that your shipping went through correctly, please do not hesitate to call us and double-check. Can I have it shipped to my Post Office Box?We ship via UPS, and they do not deliver to the Post Office. Do you take international orders?Yes, subject to import/export restrictions and fees. Usually it is not a problem, but every country is different in some way. Leave it to us to work out the details. The rate charged you will be the exact rate that is charged us, but it will be a separate charge on your credit card.
Can I get Net 30 billing Purchase Orders?-- Yes. Our billing accounts are handled through our Factor in Dallas, TX. They require the usual credit references and then assume the account. Contact us for a credit application. It takes about a couple of weeks or so for approval. Return Policy: -- All returns must have a return authorization number within 4 days of
